"Remember This"

This LO I did for the current challenge at Scrapbook Circle to make a LO titled "Remember This!" How easy is that? Once again.. I used their awesome February kit. I love every part of it! TFL!

"Side by Side Forever"

Another LO from the February Scrapbook Circle kit! I love it and it even sold out this month! This LO is a cute picture of Ryan and I. TFL!

ALBUM DONE!

Yay!! Exciting! I just finished the title page for another finished album! Woohoo! That means now I am only backed up through December of 2010! Of course, I have lots of LO's since that time finished because I don't like to scrap in order, but I finished another album! YAY! I love adding them to the shelf upstairs, but first I always let the new ones sit out on the coffee table for awhile so people will look at them. AND -- we are having our engagement party this weekend, so perfect timing. I used Echo Park's Country Drive collection which I have had since like the summer time, but haven't used yet! Off to get ready for an evening at the hospital! TFL!

"Pizza at ZaZa's"

I did this LO for one of the challenges this week at the Bella Blvd blog to use patterned paper from 4 different collections on your LO. The pps are from Tail Waggers & Cat Naps, Man of the House, Winter Wonder, and then another one I forgot :) A very plain and simple page, but I like it. Now hopefully I can get another entire page in before working the evening shift tonight. TFL!

"Stalled"

This LO is based off of a sketch from Creative Scrappers #196! The pics are from our Winona girls trip in Nov. 2010 when the Tahoe's tire popped and we were stranded on I-90! We will never forget it! TFL!

"Getting Inked"

This was obviously not my weekend for scrapbooking. Both days it took me a long time to figure out what I wanted to do and when I did it, I didn't really like any of my finish products. Ah well, I suppose that will happen sometimes huh? Here is the LO I did today. TFL!

Saturday

I was super excited to get to scrapbook this afternoon since I worked all week, but of course.. I just wasn't feeling it! I think it could have been because there are certain pictures that I want to finish because then the album will be completed and I am just not feeling the pictures... but whatever it is, these two pages reflect it. I don't think they are bad, they are cute... but just not the kind of pages I have been doing lately.

The first is a LO based on a sketch from Sketchabilities. I kind of struggled with the sketch, but these photos were already cut into 3x3 squares (from a LO I had attempted another time) so I thought the sketch would work well.

The next LO using some really cute Echo Park papers and I decided to go pretty plain and simple on this one. Not my normal layering and such. It is still pretty cute though. TFL!

"You Make Me Smile"

Another LO using the Scrapbook Circle "Remember This" kit! I used a sketch from PageMaps and really could not get it to work the way they had it orientated so I flipped it! The Scrapbook Circle printable came with those cute polaroid frames so I used those too! TFL!

"Love You"

**Second Post for today!

I did this LO in less than an hour and I just love it! I love the picture of my sister and I and I love my sister! Annnd I love that this LO uses the current Scrapbook Circle kit and all of the new MME goodies!!! TFL!

"You are My Friend"

I did this page for a sketch challenge at the My Mind's Eye blog and to use the theme "You" on your LO. I used more new MME products -- LOVE THEM! You really have to get your hands on them! TFL!

"Pub Crawl 2010"

I had hoped to get more than one LO done today, but Ryan came home after being gone the entire weekend and wanted me to spend some time with him upstairs. I am now, but he is sleeping right next to me. I could be scrappin! Oh well. I got one page done and it was a Creative Scrappers sketch. I used Pink Paislee and put it together fairly quick! TFL!

"Always There"

This month's Scrapbook Circle kit is AWESOME! Totally love it -- mostly because it has a whole bunch of the cool new MME in it! They also had an add-on kit this time (which has MORE MME) so i had to get that too! This kit also has some yummy October Afternoon and Crate Paper. The challenge at SC right now is to use a pocket on your LO and conveniently the current kit comes with two and the add-on kit comes with two, too! I borrowed some inspiration from one of the SC design team members on this one and I just love it! Go check out their kits and challenge!

Liebster Blog

OK-- SO I am SO late on this! Back in January, one of my good friends Ashley nominated me for the Liebster Blog award.  Liebster is German for "dearest", "beloved" or "favorite". It is meant to give blogger's with less than 200 followers a chance to get more traffic to their blogs, to share the love and creativity that is out there. I very much appreciate Ashley for nominating me! I have looked up to her work so much in the past year! Check out Ashley's *awesome* blog here.

In that respect, I would like to nominate two of my fellow friends and scrappers to receive the Liebster Blog also!

Heather:
http://craftyscrapbooker.blogspot.com/ (Heather is 17 and has an AMAZING talent for anything paper/scrappy/crafty related! Very impressive.)
Beth: http://positivelypassionateabout.blogspot.com/ (Beth layouts are to-die-for and what I love most about them is how well she uses embellishments and die cuts!)

Be sure to check out Ashley's, Heather's, and Beth's blogs and follow them too! I have such wonderful inspiration!

"Better than This"

Another LO for today! Yay! I used the current sketch at Creative Scrappers and it was a little intimidating. I totally thought that i would not like the outcome, but I really do! I used the MME Kraft Funday collections -- LOVE THEM! TFL!

"Fall in Love"

Well, I am home by myself this weekend and I am actually excited about it, but don't tell Ryan! :) I decided not to go with him up north to the MN Vikings Arctic Blast Snowmobile Rally because this year there isn't even enough snow to snowmobile! SO I stayed home instead! I cleaned the upstairs this morning and got this LO done this afternoon! It counts for a lot of challenges. Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday Challenge to use the word "love" on your LO, ClubCK 1-hour challenge to use pink on your LO,  and Kraft it Up to use something about "love" on your LO. TFL!

"Little Miss Evelyn"

Well, after three days of shifts at the hospital I have a day off to scrapbook! Yay! Work is going well -- I am learning SO much! I really love it though. Back to scrapbooking! As soon as it came out I knew I HAD TO HAVE the new My Mind's Eye lines -- especially Miss Caroline. I only wish I had a little girl to use all of it on! One day last week I got an e-mail from the LSS about 20 minutes from me saying they got it in (also the same time Scrapbook.com released it). I freaked! The next day I made a trip there and a hole in my pocket! I got a whole bunch of it!! I love it. I thought these pictures of our new "cousin" would be perfect to use with Miss Caroline! I used the current Frosted Designs sketch and I love how it turned out!

"A Little Dirt Never Hurt"

I had a lot of fun with this LO! I kind of went out of my comfort zone by doing a lot of distressing! I used my scissor and then my mom had some of the cool Tim Holtz Distress Inks.. which really work! I never knew that they were different than regular inks. I may have to invest in 1 or 2 sometime. I also added some fun brown splotches of mist to act as "dirt!" TFL!

"Dinner with the Rockstars"

I used my beloved Amy Tangerine on this LO. I am slowly running out of pieces of that and boy did I buy a lot of it! It was such a cute line. I am expecting the Dear Lizzy Neopolitan and Amy Tan Sketchbook to be just as cute... and then of course buy just as much! :) This was a photo of my fiance and I eating at Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas, but I didn't want to just have Hard Rock Cafe as my title! TFL!

"A Family Affair"

This is an awesome family picture in Mexico this past December. I couldn't come up with a very clever title for this one and my 12 year old cousin who was there while I was scrapping asked me who was having an affair in our family. Oops. I think it is OK though and I love all the bright colors using the Basic Grey Lauderdale line! TFL!

"What a Ride!"

This LO I did with a lot of the Pink Paislee "Snow Day" line and a few October Afternoon pieces. I also did a Weekly Warm Up at ScrapFit to use clusters on your LO. This one has quite a few! TFL!

"Big Boy PiggyBank"

This weekend I went down to my mom and dad's and scrapbooked with my mom and my aunt. I didn't get anything done on Friday night except stare at some paper and photos. On Saturday I got 5 pages done and I really like them all! Yay! Of the 5, this is my least favorite -- but I still like it! This is my fiance on Christmas Eve playing with one of his Christmas presents. He LOVES John Deere (he obsessively collects all of the die cast toys) so this Piggybank was a hit!

"Niemeier Christmas 2010"

OK -- final LO for the day! I also finished up all the Christmas pictures from 2010! Yay! I used American Crafts on this one and I had a hard time with it. I did the Workout #61 at ScrapFIT to start with a blank canvas. I usually don't like using white cardstock as my base, although I have really liked the last couple LOs that I have done that with. Not this one. Good thing I was able to add mist because I would have really hated it then! The sketch is from Jane Eubank. TFL!

"Oh, BOYS"

Another LO done for today! After finishing this LO from a wedding in August 2010, my scrapbooks are now caught up until the end October 2010! Not that much more, but really it is, ha! I guess that is what happens when you don't scrap in chronological order, but you put your LOs in your scrapbook in chronological order! This is just a LO of a silly picture of my fiance and his cousin dancing at the wedding! TFL Oh and the sketch is from Diana!

"I'm Yours"

Another LO using our engagement pictures taken back in October. I have wanted to do something with our engagement pictures at our wedding reception when you walk in, but didn't quite know what I wanted. I had been thinking along the lines of stringing them on a banner with hearts or something in between. Today I came up with an even better idea -- kind of got the idea from some of the booths at CHA. Why not use the engagement picture LOs that I have made and hang them on a string with clothespins and string them above the guest book etc table?! I am totally doing that. Otherwise they would have just been in a Ryan & Andrea scrapbook that will be sitting on that same table also, but this way it is a good way to showcase the engagement pictures! Have a wonderful day!
