"Look at me!"

Today I did a LO for myself with the April Scrapbook Circle kit! I just LOVE their kits. They by far have the best kits that I have seen. I used the sketch by Diana that is currently on the blog and I used the word "Look" for the current Bird is the Word challenge. Just some photos from my friend's 25th birthday! TFL!
I accidently got some mist on Maren's face.. oops. :(

"A World of Wonder"

I created this LO using a sketch from Diana of the Sketchy Thursdays blog! She is having her 3 year blog anniversary blog hop! The hop is awesome with tons of great inspiration. For this LO I used Echo Park's Happy Days collection and kept it pretty simple. Thanks for looking - I really enjoy and appreciate everyone's comments!

"Nothing sweeter than this"

I was able to sneak in a LO today before I head off for work! I used Echo Park's Country Drive collection. I got that collection right when it came out last spring, but hardly used it until recently! It is pretty cute. Today on stopandscrap.com I saw that Echo Park has some pre-releases out that look really yummy! TFL! I appreciate everyone's comments all of the time. Thank you so much! Off to work! [My 90 day review is today. Hope for good news!] :)

"I am Silly and I Know it"

This LO was so fun to do! I used the current Scrapbook Circle kit with my new favorite line- Amy Tan's Sketchbook! I got a little messy with the misting and even hand stitched which I haven't done for awhile! One of the challenges over at SC right now is to use neon so this LO def counts!

I also had a lot of fun with the LO because I did it upstairs in the living room while Ryan watched TV. My scrapbook room is downstairs so usually in the evenings I don't scrapbook because Ryan gets a little upset because I don't spend time with him. Well, I just grabbed a basket full of stuff and brought it upstairs. I think he was pretty impressed. Although, I had to run back downstairs about 5 times! TFL!

"You are my sunshine"

I love how this one turned out! The sketch is #69 from Sketchabilities and I love it! Be sure to check it out and play along. The Fabulous Friday challenge at Frosted Designs is to use some sort of weather -- I have sun and clouds! I used October Afternoon's Sidewalks collection. TFL!

"My uncle Jerry"

I did this LO for Creative Scrappers #204. It was such a cute sketch and I just decided to add two more photos to it! I tried to do some machine stitching on it and you can tell it didn't go so well! Went a little crooked on me! TFL!

"Birthday Wishes"

There were a lot of random birthday photos in Megan's box of photos so I just took 7 years worth and showcased them. I like how it turned out. A little too straight lines for me, but it is still cute. I usually don't use much of Doodlebug, but I received this collection from ClubCk and it works perfect! TFL!

"Lovely Girl"

***This is my fourth post for the day!

This has to be some kind of record! The only times I have done this many LO's in a day is when I am with my mom and aunt and we are scrapping for the weekend! I am totally plugging away at Megan's book -- which is good because I only have til June 16.

This LO is based off of a sketch from Creative Scrappers- #203. This sketch was very easy to work with and I used Echo Park's This & That collection! It is so cute! TFL!

"Future Snow Skier"

***This is my third post for the day!

I am on a roll today! I was supposed to work evening shift at the hospital, but I was put on call. It has allowed me to get more pages done on Megan's book. I am just picking random pictures and scrappin' those otherwise I would have no inspiration!

I have had these 3 bugs in a rug papers for quite awhile and they worked great with these snow suit pictures of Megan. If you haven't been able to tell already, Megan is legally blind, but she sure is a cutie! She has done more in her (almost) 18 years of life than I have done in my 25 years. She really is incredible. TFL!

"Love You"

***This is my second post for the day!

I was pretty excited when I saw this sketch over at Sketch Inspiration this week because I am trying to do LOs with lots of photos for Megan's book. It was perfect for all of these photos of her playing in their yard back in 1997. I also used Echo Park's Playground collection! TFL!

"Smile Little One"

For this sketch I used sketch #68 at Sketchabilities. I am not a fan of the finished product, but I know that Megan and her family will enjoy it no matter what. TFL.

"Time with Daddy"

Well, I gave into the pressure again! OK, there was no pressure except from myself to do something nice for someone. My fiance's cousin graduates in June and her mother (Ryan's aunt) had mentioned something to me in the winter about making her a scrapbook, but I did not know if I would have time. Well, looks like I have to make time now because I agreed to do it! It will be fun! :)

The challenge at ScrapFit right now is to use 4 or more photos on your LO! Because I was given a huge box full of pictures I am trying to use quite a few on every page -- so this challenge worked well!

Here is the first LO that I made using photos of Megan and her dad when she was about 3. Besides the large black Crate Paper background everything else is scraps including Echo Park, American Crafts, Crate Paper, Pink Paislee, MME, and then a cute pink background packaging! TFL!

Super Slugger

** this is my second post for the day!

Woohoo! I finally did a sports LO that I LOVE! I used a sketch from October Afternoon's blog and used Sasparilla on this page of my (to-be) nephew playing little league baseball last summer. It all just came together so well! TFL!

OA Sketch Alternate

"Birthday Beauty"

I am not much of a fan of this first LO I did today. I did it for the Issue challenge at ClubCk to use photos of a baby. I decided to use photos of my friend's daughter from her 1st birthday. I used the Dear Lizzy Neopolitan line and my Scrapbook Circle kit! TFL!

2 Layouts for today!

Woohoo! I was able to fit 2 LO's in today. I could do another one, but I should get some sleep before I do my overnight shift. I tend not to sleep in the evening when my fiance comes home, so I take a nap in the afternoon for a couple hours.

Both LO's were done using sketches from Creative Scrappers! They always have such great sketches. The first LO is from their current sketch #202. I used Basic Grey's Oliver papers. These are older papers, but last fall I was able to get a bunch of older patterned papers from many different lines for cheap! I kept the LO pretty close to the sketch, but didn't keep it so straight and formal.
Sketch:

My other LO for today was actually Creative Scrappers sketch #200 and it was for March so I can't enter it in the challenge -- but it was such a cute sketch, so I had to use it! Sorry for the way run on sentence! For this LO I used MME's Kraft Fun Day collection and finally got to play with my new Huey Mask from Studio Calico! I like how it turned out. TFL!

"Senor Frogs"

It is April 1st and I was ready to do Ashley's Sketch It Out challenge! This sketch allowed for 4 different photos so I used some pictures from Senor Frogs in Mexico! I kept it a lot like the sketch and Ashley's LO. I wish I could come up with some better embellies to use besides pinwheels! I do like being able to make my own embellies. Great sketch Ashley! TFL!
