This LO is for Frosted Designs Sketch Along Tuesday Sketch #18! It was a fun sketch. I added more squares and I added stitching to them as well as to the journaling tag. TFL!

A Toast to the Newlyweds
This LO is from Ella's Stretch your Sketches Challenge. I liked that it was a 2-pager and I could fit multiple photos on it. I used my Cricut and Big Shot to make the 3D flowers and I added some liquid pearls for the pearl effect. TFL

Love Story
This LO is for the Sketch Along Tuesdays 6-14 Sketch at Frosted Designs! I had a hard time with this sketch and I put it off for a long time. Today I thought i would be able to tackle it -- I was right! I like the way it turned out. I was able to use a lot of scraps too! I still need to add some journaling to the tag! TFL

Simply Beautiful
This is my entry for the Fabulous Friday challenge at Frosted Designs this past week. The challenge was to use black and white with one other color. The color I chose was obviously pink and I also used shades of gray to go with the black and white. I also did it for the scraplift challenge at ClubCK. I scraplifted Heather's LO also titled "Simply Beautiful." I really like how this page turned out. I used pearly white liquid pearls to give the look of actual pearls.

That's what friends are for
This LO I did for a challenge at Frosted Designs to make a LO about friends. The sketch is from Sketch Inspiration. I decided to use some photos from my house warming party last summer. I did little paint circles in the corners, but they didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. I also used scraps from a friend on ClubCK -- Swap her scraps. I sent her a bunch of my pp scraps and she sent me a bunch of her's. New scraps might give new inspiration!

The Big Day
This LO is from the current Sketchy Thursdays Sketch! I also incorporated the current Issue Challenge over at ClubCK to use the three colors navy blue, yellow, and lime green. I do like the way it turned out.

Sketch It to Me BLOG HOP!
This weekend (June 3 & 4) I am participating in the Sketch it to Me Blog Hop with some friends from ClubCK! This is my first time, so bear with me! If you made it here on the hop, you should have just come from Janice's blog and your next stop after mine will be Heather's blog! :)
Our task for this blog hop was to make a layout based off of a sketch made by Amanda. She is also the first stop in our hop! The sketch was fairly simple and it will be fun to see all the different ways each of us have interpreted it!
Here is the original sketch:

And this is how I interpreted the sketch:
As you can see, I stayed pretty close to the original sketch. Instead of doing three 2x2 photos, I changed it to two 4x3 photos. I added the borders on the bottom like in the sketch and added a pearl border also. I changed the place of the title and went without journaling. The flowers I handmade with ribbon and glue dots and added a gemstone to the middle! I added spray mist to the background to give a little more to the white space! It is definitely not my favorite LO, but I do like how it turned out!
Become a follower of my blog and add a comment and I will put your name in a random drawing for a scrappy prize! Amanda is also going to choose one random blog and a random commenter from that blog for a giveaway! The next stop on the hop is Heather! Happy hopping!

BOO
I did this LO based on a sketch from the PageMaps blog. I am not really excited about how this LO turned out. Maybe because it is Halloween themed? I don't know. I am not much of a fan of it! I kept pretty close to the sketch though. I do like that the lines in the top left corner kind of add to the spider web idea! TFL!

Jumbotron Fame
I really liked this month's sketch at Frosted Design's Sketch Along Tuesday! I decided to try out the paint again and I took out some old crappy plates and used them to trace circles with the paint! These photos are from last May when I was asked to come onto the field at the Twins game and answer some questions. I was on the jumbotron and had to talk in front of the whole stadium! Ahhh!! I like the way the LO turned out.
