You Make My Heart Smile

Here is another layout I completed using Dear Lizzy's Polka Dot Party! I wanted to get as many of these cute pictures of my niece on the page as I could!

 

I used the February cut files from Two Peas for the "Heart" and lots of the awesome stamp set from Elle's Studio!
