Do you believe in Santa?

This LO is from a PageMaps sketch. I used one of the Echo Park Christmas Lines. The photo is of me and my sister back in 1991 -- I was kind of scared if you can't tell! :) My mom had sent me a copy of this photo this past Christmas and I thought it would be a nice addition to my current scrapbook!

Portland Maltshop

I used Echo Park's Playground line for the LO and I like the way it turned out! The sketch I got from a Laura Vegas LO and tweaked it quite a bit to fit my pictures. This was at Portland Maltshop by Canal Park in Duluth, Minnesota. You can see Lake Superior in the background. It was Labor Day weekend 2010. The banner that I used was from the Hometown Summer line.

Kuenzel Kids

This week at Frosted Designs the challenge was to use brads on your LO. Three of the LOs that I did at Saturday's crop had brads on them, so I picked my favorite one! This LO is from Christmas 2010 and is of all the Kuenzel kids. It is my boyfriend's siblings and their significant others and children. The paper, stickers, and diecuts are all October Afternoon and the buttons and brads are American Crafts! I really enjoyed the Santa's List embellishment and picking who was naughty or nice! :)

First day in the new house

This LO is from a Sketchy Thursdays sketch. It is of my cat Buttons and the first day that we brought him to our new house. He was really scared and hid under the bed and tiptoed around the house at first. It wasn't long and he was loving how big it was instead of my tiny apartment! I used Basic Grey's Max and Whiskers line for this one!

There is just something about you

This LO is from a Sketchy Thursdays Sketch. LOVED the sketch!! I used Echo Park Walk in the Park line and I really like the way it turned out! It is about my boyfriend's niece who I am super close to. I met her when she was 3 and now she is 6 1/2 and I just love everything about her! She is such a sweetheart and I am excited to watch her grow into a young woman in the future!

SOLD

These pictures are from the day that we closed on our house and it was SOLD to US!! A very exciting time for us. As it states in the journaling.. The house was on the market for 4 whole days and we got it! I used the Life is Good Echo Park line. It was neat that they had house paper and stickers, so it added to the LO. I used Stampin' Up! buttons and ran twine through them! I also tried to do some layering by adding some paper circles underneath the buttons. I like it! The colors are new and different for me! Ooh! I also LOVE the Tim Holz journaling ticket that I added to it. I just picked it up at Hobby Lobby the other day, along with the cute little paper clip!

First Time to Target Field

I LOVE how this LO turned out!! It took me a long time and I put a lot of work into it! I did the white stitching around the outside border and I did the red stitching on the baseball. This was our first time at Target Field last May. I have more pictures from that game, but I will put them on a different LO. Since Target Field was new I wanted to have a LO just for that!

Season's Greetings 2009

I wanted to be able to save all of my Christmas photo cards that I get from others, but I wanted to be able to cut them up so that everybody's whole cards weren't showing! I think it turned out pretty well. I am not sure what I will do for Christmas 2010 because there are a lot more of them! I am also entering this for the Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday Challenge to use BLING on your LO! My bling is silver Stickles! I am beginning to like Stickles. I have had this silver kind for quite a long time, but I have never really used it. Its pretty cool! I cut the tree and presents out of a full sheet of DCWV paper.

Lots of Scrapbooking!

Today I was able to get 3 LOs done and I have done a few in the past week that I still need to upload to my blog! This one I am uploading right away because it is a Sassy Lil' Sketches sketch. I really like the sketch, but I had a hard time figuring out what I was going to do for a title and where exactly I should put it! My friends and I attended a concert of my favorite '80s cover band called Hairball. We have attended so many Hairball concerts that I already have so many pages with the title "Hairball" so I figured I should do something different for once! I think I am happy with how it turned out!

Well, it is almost 11pm and I have been sitting here scrapping most of the day. I want to get into bed and READ! Thanks for looking! :)
